1. Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 7, 2025

1.1 Registration & Access

• Users must pay a one-time registration fee of ₹500 (subject to change).
• After registration, all courses are free to access for lifetime.
• A unique Member ID is created for each registration, even with same user details.

1.2 Referral & Commission System

Users earn commissions up to 5 levels:

• Level 1: ₹200
• Level 2: ₹50
• Level 3: ₹30
• Level 4: ₹15
• Level 5: ₹5

Commissions and joining fees may change based on market conditions.

1.3 Withdrawal

• Minimum wallet balance required for withdrawal (set by admin).
• Users must add UPI or bank details to request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are approved manually and updated with a transaction ID.

1.4 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify fees and commission structure with prior notice.

1.5 Disputes

All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of your city, India.

2. Privacy Policy

• Users can request data deletion anytime

• Some features use 3rd-party APIs (e.g. payment, analytics, image tools)

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable as valuable courses are provided instantly.
• Refunds are only considered for duplicate payments or technical errors.
• No refunds on cancellation or deactivation of accounts.

4. Referral Agreement

4.1 Commission Terms

• Earn commission only from real users who register with your referral code.
• Valid payment info is required to receive commission payouts.

4.2 Earnings & Withdrawal

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved manually.
• Minimum balance required to initiate withdrawal.

4.3 Code of Conduct

• No fake referrals or misrepresentation allowed.
• Violation of rules may result in account ban and commission loss.

• Violations will lead to suspension or permanent banning of accounts.
